Privacy policy

This notice explains how High Grove Property Solutions Ltd (trading as Highgrove Property Solutions, "we", "us") uses personal data collected through highgroveps.co.uk. We are the data controller. What we collect

When you use our enquiry, call-back or appraisal forms we collect:

• your name, email address and phone number;
• the property postcode and area;
• property details you give us, such as property type, number of bedrooms and your situation;
• your preferred time to call and anything you write in a message;
• the page you submitted the form from.

We also use a small number of cookies and browser storage items, described in our cookie policy.

Why we use it and our lawful basis

• To reply to your enquiry, call you back and prepare an appraisal or proposal — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
• To send you a confirmation that we received your request and to keep a record of enquiries — our legitimate interests in running and improving our business (Article 6(1)(f)).
• To meet legal and regulatory duties, such as anti-money-laundering checks if you go on to work with us — legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)).

We do not use your details for marketing emails and we do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

If you do not go on to work with us, we keep enquiry details for up to 24 months from your last contact, then delete them. If you become a client, we keep records for the length of our agreement and 6 years after it ends, to meet legal, tax and contract obligations.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:

• give you a copy of your data (access);
• correct inaccurate data (rectification);
• delete your data (erasure);
• restrict or object to how we use it;
• send your data to you or another organisation (portability).
